The 2026 Initiative: The "Success Cohort"

In 2026, we are launching our flagship program designed to support 30 individuals through a year-long, high-impact curriculum. This program is built on three core pillars:

1. Skill Development: Comprehensive classroom training focused on [e.g., job readiness, financial literacy, and digital skills].

2. Wraparound Support: Removing barriers to success by providing transportation assistance, meal support, and emergency flexible funding.

We operate with a lean, transparent model that prioritizes direct service. Our current cost-to-impact ratio is $2,600 per participant for the full year.

• Direct Program Allocation: 80% of all funds are dedicated to student resources and instruction.

• Sponsor a Student ($2,600): Covers the full cost of one participant for the entire 2026 program year.

• Monthly Impact Partner ($200/mo): Provides ongoing classroom materials and technical support for our cohorts.

• Founding Grantor ($10,000+): Supports our operational infrastructure and allows us to scale beyond our first 30 participants.
